A payment that has not arrived is a fault with a limited set of causes, and the useful skill is to separate them by evidence. This page gives a diagnostic order: confirm the payment really left, read the cashier status, check the matching details, wait the stated time, and only then contact support with a complete file. We have not confirmed any GT99 processing times, so the waits here are the ones the cashier states.
Step one: prove the payment left
Open your wallet or bank history and find the transaction. Note the amount, date, time and transaction ID. If it shows as failed or reversed, the money is yours and the cause is on the payment side, not the cashier. If it shows as complete, move to the next step.
Without this evidence support cannot trace anything, so make it before you write to anyone.
Step two: read the cashier status
Check the transaction history in the GT99 cashier. A status such as pending or processing means the system has seen the request but has not credited it. No entry at all suggests the payment was never matched to your account.
| What you see | Probable meaning | Next action |
|---|---|---|
| Pending | Awaiting match or review | Wait the time shown, then recheck |
| No entry | Payment not matched to the account | Contact GT99 help with the transaction ID |
| Failed or rejected | Details or conditions not met | Read the message and correct the cause |
| Credited | Complete | Check the balance, not the cached page |
Step three: check the details you entered
Compare the amount, the reference and the destination you used with what the cashier instructed. A single wrong digit or a missing reference is enough to leave a payment unmatched. Also confirm the payer name matches your account, since a third-party payment is a common cause of a hold.
Step four: contact support properly
Wait for the period the cashier states, then use the GT99 live chat or help channel, which is described in the contact page. Give your username, the amount, the date and time, the transaction ID and a screenshot. Do not send passwords or one-time codes. If the problem involves a payout rather than a pay-in, read the withdrawal guide; for the usual pay-in order, see the deposit guide.
Keep a short log of what you sent and when. It saves repetition if the case passes between agents.
